How long each route takes
They are ranges counted from payment, not dates: transit depends on the seller, the carrier and customs.

The stages of your order
Your order goes through these stages, and you see them in your account as it moves.
Paid
We have your payment and are placing the purchase with the seller.
Bought
Bought from the seller. Next it travels to our warehouse abroad.
At our warehouse abroad
It reached our warehouse and is waiting for the next shipment out.
On its way to Costa Rica
The longest stretch of the trip. What happens next is customs.
In customs
Being cleared. Duties were already included in what you paid.
Cleared customs
Out of customs and about to go to the courier.
Out for delivery
With the courier. They call the phone you gave us at checkout.
Delivered
Delivered. If anything is wrong, tell us while the packaging still exists.
Delivery in Costa Rica
- Correos de Costa Rica takes the parcel to the address you chose at checkout.
- The cost depends on whether the address is inside or outside the GAM. The cart already includes it and tells you which zone it used.
- The courier contacts the phone number saved with that address.
