How to order a product

From the link to the payment, step by step, and what to check before you order.

Step by step

  1. Find the product

    Look for it in the catalog, or paste the link of a product from Amazon, eBay, Taobao, and 1688 into the search bar at the top.

  2. Get the price

    We read the link and let you know under Notifications when the price is ready. If the weight is still an estimate, a person checks it before the purchase is enabled.

  3. Add it to the cart

    Choose the variant and the quantity. If you mix products from Asia and the United States, the cart splits them into two shipments.

  4. Check out

    Choose the delivery address, with a contact phone, and pay by card. At that moment the price is frozen.

  5. Follow your order

    Under My orders you see every stage, we tell you in your notifications whenever something changes, and we email you at the important steps.

Before you order

  • If you are between two sizes, choose the larger: sizes on these stores usually run one below the local ones.
  • Check the colour, the size and the options before paying: once it has shipped they can no longer be changed.
  • We do not handle products whose import is prohibited or restricted in Costa Rica.
