What Krgo does for you
We check
We read the product, work out the price delivered to Costa Rica, and a person at Krgo checks the seller before buying.
We buy
When you pay, we buy the product on your behalf within the next thirty minutes, during business hours. You never use your card on a foreign site or handle another currency.
We import
The parcel reaches the origin warehouse, where we weigh and photograph it, and travels to Costa Rica. Krgo pays the shipping, the taxes and the customs clearance for you.
We deliver
Correos de Costa Rica takes it to your address. You follow every stage from your account and we tell you in your notifications.
Two routes, two shipments
What comes from Asia and what comes from the United States travel separately, with different providers and customs. If your cart mixes the two routes, they are two shipments paid for separately.

Delivery inside Costa Rica depends on your zone. The cart already includes it and tells you which zone it used.
What Krgo does not do
- We neither make nor sell the product: its quality and authenticity belong to the seller at origin.
- We are not a carrier: we hire the transport on your behalf.
- We only handle products from the stores the platform supports.
