How you pay, when the charge is made and what happens if the card is declined.

Credit or debit card, in colones
It is the only way to pay. You pay without leaving the page, in fields drawn by the ONVO Pay gateway, and if your bank asks for a verification it appears right there.

When you are charged and when we buy
- You are charged when you pay, and the total is the one frozen when you checked out.
- Krgo buys nothing until the payment is confirmed. Once it is, we buy within the next thirty minutes, during business hours.
- If you have not paid yet, we send you a reminder and a warning before the deadline.
If the card is declined
Nothing is charged and the purchase does not move forward. You can try again on the same order while the deadline has not passed.
Your card details
The number, the expiry date and the security code travel straight to the gateway: they never reach Krgo's servers and are not kept in any record of ours.
If money has to be returned
It is returned to the same card, in colones. The returns policy explains each case.
